Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly revenue accruals accurately and within deadlines.
• Generate and dispatch customer sales invoices on time.
• Post revenue-related accounting entries, including accruals, invoices, and write-offs.
• Verify invoice accuracy before submission to clients.
• Upload invoices to third-party payment portals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve invoice disputes.
• Monitor billed and unbilled aging reports and perform necessary corrections.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
• Respond to revenue-related queries from stakeholders.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Eligibility Criteria

• Commerce Graduate (B.Com)
• MBA (Finance)
• Postgraduate in Finance & Accounts
• CA Inter (Semi-Qualified)

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in BPO, Service, Consulting, or Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Invoicing
  • Revenue Accruals
  • Accounts Receivable Operations
• Experience working with third-party invoice processing portals.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using financial systems and generating reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

📍 Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)

🕒 Shift Timings:

• First Week of Every Month: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Remaining Weeks: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
