With the Concentrix Australia Remote Job, we are looking for a payroll expert in Australia to join our team. You will handle all aspects of payroll processing for our employees in the region. Your goal will be to ensure accuracy, follow the rules and provide an experience for everyone.
What You’ll Do:-
- Manage the monthly payroll process from collecting data to filing reports
- Run payroll outside of regular cycles when needed and create reports
- Keep accurate payroll records for audits and compliance
- Answer employee payroll questions quickly and professionally using our ticketing system
- Stay up to date on changes to laws and tax updates
- Work with payroll vendors and government agencies
- Handle payroll data with care and confidentiality
- Join global payroll projects and initiatives
What You’ll Bring:-
- 2 years of experience with payroll in Australia
- A keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Self- able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with MYOB PayGlobal or Humanforce is a plus
