You will manage calls from Premium account holder customers regarding Banking Products, customer service problems, and generate leads for banking products like Personal Loan, Home Loan, General Insurance, Credit Card, Auto Loan, etc.

Key Responsibilities:-

Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with business goals
Client Outreach: Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationships, including product, portfolio, and banking needs
Customer Service and Sales: Up-selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to customers. Efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience. Act as the Single Point of Contact for customers’ banking requirements

Required Skills:-
