About the Role:-
TCS Accounts Receivable Job is open for finance professionals with 2-6 years of experience. This TCS Accounts Receivable Job involves managing accounts processes, bank statement reconciliation, invoicing, cash application and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Download Bank statements for all accounts from Share Drive or Portal
- Provide bank statements, remittances and correspondence to collectors
- Perform standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function
- Perform credit checks as per process
- Ensure cash is applied only based on the defined process
- Collate remittances for Cash, Wire, Cheque payments and apply to correct invoice
- Reconcile orders to match customer books
- Provide details of unapplied and unidentified cash to collectors daily
- Support query resolution via email
Must Have Skills:-
- Language requirement – English
- Proficiency in German language
- Analytical thinking
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Result orientation
- Good domain expertise
- Good understanding of IFS ERP
Good-to-Have Skills:-
- End-to-end knowledge in Accounts Receivable Process
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Qualifications:-
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Bachelor’s in Finance & Accounting or equivalent (B.Com, MBA)
