1. Plant Engineering & Maintenance
Ensure smooth, safe and efficient operation of plant equipment.
Maintain Tea Bag machines and ancillary equipment.
Support Loose Tea Packet production lines.
Manage utilities and electrical systems.
Support production equipment and engineering operations.
Minimize production losses caused by equipment breakdowns.
2. Equipment Performance
Monitor equipment performance against established standards.
Track equipment uptime.
Monitor MTTR and MTBF.
Improve machine availability and reliability.
Drive asset efficiency.
Reduce equipment-related wastage.
3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
Implement preventive maintenance systems.
Support predictive maintenance activities.
Manage breakdown maintenance.
Identify recurring equipment problems.
Implement root-cause analysis.
Drive corrective and preventive actions.
4. Engineering Cost Management
Optimize maintenance costs.
Optimize spare-parts costs.
Support packaging value engineering.
Monitor wastage.
Assist with Capex spending.
Monitor project cash flow.
Help ensure Capex projects meet planned timelines.
5. Spare Planning & Vendor Management
Plan engineering spares.
Support spare procurement.
Participate in vendor selection.
Evaluate vendor performance.
Coordinate with external agencies.
Coordinate AMC providers for specialized maintenance.
