Customer care executive Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via smartphone, electronic mail, and live chat in a well timed and correct manner.
  • Provide information about products and services, deliberating the customers’ unique desires.
  • Process orders, paperwork, programs, and requests from customers.
  • Handle client court cases, provide suitable answers and alternatives inside the cut-off dates; follow up to make certain decision.
  • Keep data of client interactions, transactions, comments, and court cases.
  • Communicate and coordinate with inner departments to clear up problems.
  • Follow communication procedures, suggestions, and regulations to preserve consumer pride.
  • Upsell products and services anyplace possible.

Customer care executive Requirements:

  • Proven customer support enjoy or enjoy as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong cellphone touch handling talents and lively listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent conversation and presentation talents.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manipulate time efficaciously.
  • High school diploma; similarly schooling in Customer Service or a associated area is a plus.
