Job Overview: Senior Executive

The Senior Executive at Akasa Air will play a vital feature in supporting the airline’s operations, ensuring overall performance, compliance, and excessive requirements of customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Senior Executive

1. Operational Management:

• Coordinate with floor body of employees, cabin team, and distinct departments to address operational troubles right away.
• Monitor and make certain adherence to conventional walking techniques (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.

2. Customer Service Excellence:
