Job Description:
The Airport Operations and Customer Service (AO&CS) department plays an essential function in IndiGo’s daily operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Officer AO&CS in Terminal Service
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Making reservations throughout the counter and promoting tickets.
- Handling cash transactions and remitting cash to the involved branch.
- Answering customer queries over the telephone.
Departures:
- Attending pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
- Setting up take a look at-in counters and screening checked-in bags.
- Maintaining first-rate test-in methods and supporting customers with special requests.
Arrivals:
- Assisting clients with unique requests and mishandled or damaged bags.

Ramp Duties:

- Ensuring the ramp is well aligned and all required gadget is available on the bay D-20 minutes.
- Managing the deplaning of passengers, making sure that bags reach the appearance vicinity before passengers.
- Checking the cleaning of the plane, taking boarding clearance from the cabin group, and making necessary announcements.
- Ensuring that loading is carried out as per the Loading Instruction Report provided by means of the Load and Trim group of workers.
- Returning all devices to the transport backyard after departure and filling out the ramp filling.
- Ensuring that the flight operates easily, appropriately, and on time.
