Job Description:
As a Payroll Operations Associate at Accenture, you’ll play a critical position in handling and processing payroll operations for European countries. This position calls for a blend of strong technical competencies, international payroll understanding, and compliance knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Assist in the payroll processing for European nations, making sure that every employee is paid as it should be and on time.
- Work with payroll systems to enter, affirm, and method payroll statistics effectively.
Data Entry and Verification:
- Input payroll facts into the system and ensure accuracy via verifying records.
- Perform normal checks to confirm that each payroll fact is efficiently entered and processed.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to local hard work legal guidelines and payroll policies for the international locations managed.
- Stay up to date on modifications in labor legal guidelines and statutory requirements to maintain compliance.
Reporting:

Education and Experience:
