Job Description:
KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP is in search of an experienced Network Manager to enroll in their team in Gurugram. This function is pivotal in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale network infrastructures. The best candidate will convey tremendous experience in networking, especially with Cisco ACI and Data Center technologies, and will have a robust background in making plans and designing network routing and switching technology.
Roles and Responsibilities Of Network Manager:
Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation:
- Design, enforce, and preserve huge-scale network infrastructure with the use of Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and other Data Center technology.
- Oversee the entire network lifecycle from planning and designing to deployment and renovation.
Technical Expertise:

- Develop and maintain complete documentation for network architecture designs, configurations, and strategies.
Team Leadership and Guidance:
- Offer technical steerage and mentoring to junior team members on complicated routing protocols (together with OSPF – Open Shortest Path First) and switching protocols (inclusive of VLANs – Virtual Local Area Networks).
- Coach and educate team participants on pleasant practices in community management and troubleshooting.
Network Performance and Troubleshooting:
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the network by way of proactively tracking and troubleshooting network troubles.
- Implement QoS (Quality of Service) guidelines to make sure the most reliable network overall performance.
Business Management and Leadership:
- Apply robust enterprise control and management concepts to drive network tasks and initiatives.
