Process: US HR Operations (Non-Voice)
Shift: Night Shift only
Working Conditions: Fixed evening shift, 5 days working (Saturdays and Sundays off)
Service Agreement: 1 year
Responsibilities:
– Handle help requests via phone/email courteously
– Document user information and issues
– Resolve queries following standard procedures
– Maintain logs and records
Requirements:
– Basic MS Excel skills
– Any graduate (BA/B.Com/B.Sc, MA, M.Com, part-time MBA, PGDM)
– Immediate joiners preferred (within 10-15 days)
