The position of Team Member P2P (Procure to Pay) specializes in diverse finance processes, together with:
1. Process Transformation & Standardization:
- Regularly contribute ideas for system and machine upgrades.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for device adjustments and provide feedback.
2. Verification & Invoicing of Bills:
- Scrutinize invoices as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), making sure the necessary helping documents are provided.
- Coordinate with mailroom marketers or vicinity users for incomplete or uncertain invoices.
- Ensure a three-manner healthy and entire verification before processing invoices.
- Handle advance adjustments, update charge terms, calculate consequences, and account for debits.
- Enter necessary details in SAP even as booking invoices and ensure accuracy in entries.
3. Review & Reconciliation:
- Perform monthly interunit reconciliation and file to the Record-to-Report (R2R) group.
- Handle inventory-in-transit entries and ensure well-timed reversals.
- Highlight pending freight bills and ensure ordinary comply with-up.
4. Risk Management & Governance:
- Ensure correct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) modifications while reserving invoices.
- Update accurate GST codes and ensure compliance with current seller strategies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Candidates must have three to eight years of experience, with obligatory Indian Accounting enjoy.
- Educational qualifications include a graduate or postgraduate diploma in Commerce or Finance (B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA-Finance).
