Job Description:

The Tele Sales Executive role at Cars24 reaching out to clients through calls, messages, and emails to generate loan agreements and force sales conversions. The function requires a graduate (preferably in Commerce or BBA) with the least year of experience, exquisite communique abilties, and simple MS Office understanding. The position is based in Gurugram, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Generate Loan Agreements:

  • Reach out to customers through calls, messages, and emails to maximize loan agreements and conversions.
  • Communicate the terms and situations of loans they should be.

2. Customer Interaction:

  • Answer client queries and help proactively.
  • Ensure accurate flares are shared, and all lT&Cs T&C are communicated surely.

3. Data Management:

  • Update client info on the described device/machine.
  • Maintained daily MIS (Management Information System) of leads with correct updates.

4. Adhere to Credit Policies: Follow credit coverage norms ewhenn as speaking mortgage phrases to clients.

5. Training and Development: Participate in inner schooling and learning sports as per the company’s necessities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce or BBA).

Experience: Minimum 1 12 months of sales experience, ideally in a banking or financial corporation.

Skills:

  • Strong conversation talent such as English (spoken & written).
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in tele-income, mortgage income, or inner income is desired.
