Infosys BPM is inviting candidates with experience in the insurance domain (Life & Annuity) to attend a walk-in interview for the position of Process Specialist. The role requires handling complex transactions within life insurance policy administration and maintenance. The decided-on candidate will work in the Mangalore area and manage quite a few responsibilities aimed toward preserving and improving the career fine and efficiency of strategies inside the team.

Responsibilities:

Policy Administration & Maintenance:

  • Responsible for coping with both monetary and non-monetary transactions associated with life coverage policies.
  • Perform administrative duties, which include managing complex transactions associated with life coverage, from initiation to decision.

Complex Transaction Management:

  • Manage daily operations of especially complex coverage transactions, ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to ensure the easy processing of transactions.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Provide concern remember understanding and in-depth understanding of complicated insurance-associated troubles.
  • Troubleshoot and remedy issues by leveraging your know-how of the lifestyles coverage area.

Training & Development:

Skills and Qualifications:

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal talents to manage escalations and work with clients and inner teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communique.
  • Experience with existing insurance coverage management software programs and different commercial enterprise equipment used within the BFSI domain.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (Full-time Education).
  • Candidates with certifications in insurance, BFSI operations, or business process management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the insurance domain, preferably in life and annuity insurance processes.
  • Prior experience in handling complex policy administration tasks will be highly valued.
