Cars24 is hosting a Walk-in Interview for the position of Dealer Manager in Bangalore, at their HSR Layout office. The role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with used car dealers, manage relationships, and drive auction participation on the Cars24 platform. With a combination of field sales, client management, and customer satisfaction responsibilities, this role is ideal for professionals passionate about the automobile industry and relationship-driven sales.
Responsibilities:
Dealer Engagement:
- Build and nurture one-on-one relationships with used car dealers.
- Act because the primary factor of contact for dealers, addressing queries and offering great help.
Transaction Growth:
- Ensure a steady increase in dealer transactions by imparting compelling automobile alternatives tailor-made to provider needs.
- Convince sellers to region aggressive bids on auctioned vehicles.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and preserve sturdy relationships with assigned dealers to foster pleasure and loyalty.
- Conduct ordinary compliance with-usato apprehend dealer wishes and solve any issues directly.
- Engage dealers often to ensure continuous transactions and a high-quality auction revel in.
Operational Excellence:
- Assist sellers in navigating the Cars24 public sale platform and troubleshooting any technical issues.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple dealer debts and music progress systematically.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (UG: Any Graduate).
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles. Prior experience in the automobile or retail sales industry is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using online platforms and mobile applications for auction facilitation.
