The Business Analyst – Team Lead for the Paytm Collections team plays a pivotal role in managing end-to-end projects, ensuring that all business requirements are effectively translated into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the Product team.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead quit-to-quit project management for the Collections group, from requirements accumulating and documentation to final shipping.
- Work carefully with business stakeholders to recognize their wishes, translating them into complete BRDs for the Product crew.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to manipulate and manipulate large datasets, generating insights to tell selection-making.
- Leverage Python for fundamental information manipulation tasks and automation.
Automation and Integration:
- Work on automation projects to streamline facts strategies and reporting, making sure that the facts integration and extraction are seamless.
