IndiGo Walk-in Recruitment Job Description:
The AO&CS (Airport Operation and Customer Service) department manages various activities at the airport, focusing on passenger travel, security checks, and ramp responsibilities. The ground staff plays a crucial role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. This includes handling passenger queries, overseeing cabin cleaning, managing catering, ticket sales, flight operations, and complying with regulatory requirements to ensure on-time and flawless flight execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Officer AO&CS – Terminal Service:
Reservations & Ticketing:
- Handle reservation bookings across the counter.
- Sell tickets and remit cash to the involved branch.
Departures:
- Attend pre-flight and submit-flight briefings.
- Set up take a look at-in counters and assist in luggage screening.
- Maintain a high popularity of check-in methods.
Arrivals:
- Help customers with unique requests upon arrival.
- Assist with mishandled or damaged luggage and coordinate with the luggage dealer.
- Follow up on lost baggage and prepare vital reviews.
Post-Flight Departure: File all necessary flight papers and ensure compliance with operational processes.
2. Officer AO&CS – Security:
