Following Communication Scripts: The candidate will adhere to communique scripts whilst coping with diverse styles of calls. This guarantees consistency and professionalism at the same time as interacting with clients.

Problem Resolution and Information Clarification: The function entails identifying customer needs, clarifying any statistics, discovering every trouble, and supplying suitable solutions.
