Job Description:
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities:
Financial Coordination and Analysis:
- Manage accounting sports related to General Ledger, such as fixed assets, inter-organization transactions, stock, coins and financial institutions, indirect tax, and accruals.
- Identify risks or possibilities impacting revenues, fees, and profitability, and suggest suitable movements.
Invoice and Payment Management:
- Process vendor invoices as they should be and on time, whilst figuring out duplicate statistics.
- Match invoices, solve exceptions, and prioritize processing to lessen invoices getting old.
Order Fulfillment and Cash Management:
- Collect and apply cash payments, making sure of alignment with organizational methods.
