The IT Agile/Scrum Product Owner at Intel is responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the delivery team maximizes value. The role involves engaging stakeholders, defining the product vision, leading Agile practices, and driving product development to meet business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Backlog Management:
- Clearly outline and prioritize backlog items to align with business desires.
- Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and understood utilizing all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development group to refine and commit to product necessities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work carefully with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to capture assumptions and translate them into actionable product requirements.
- Ensure the product supplies cost to customers while balancing commercial enterprise targets.
Vision and Strategy Development:
- Develop and communicate a clear vision for the product based on commercial enterprise needs, personal necessities, and marketplace tendencies.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for manual improvement efforts.
Agile Practices:
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, which include backlog grooming, dash planning, and retrospectives.
- Empower the delivery group to estimate workloads and deliver solutions within every sprint.
Value Delivery:
- Validate feasibility, examine business cost, and manually the development of prototypes.
- Define and prioritize capabilities, user testimonies, and recognition standards to maximize value.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Accountable for Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and compliance with threat and control regulations along with SoX.
- Participate in Change Control Board conferences to assess and manipulate alternate requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP HANA, Teradata, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
- Advanced know-how of BOBJ and PowerBI.
Domain Expertise:
- Understanding of silicon manufacturing and delivering making plans standards, which include:
- Manufacturing panorama, Item, BOM, Inventory, Demand, and Capacity Management.
- TPA binning, DLCP, LLCP.
Agile Expertise:
- Strong familiarity with DevOps models and SAFe Agile practices.
- Proven experience in main Agile groups, handling backlogs, and delivering price-driven solutions.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent conversation, negotiation, and stakeholder control abilties.
- Strong analytical and problem-fixing skills to assess commercial enterprise value and personal expectations.
Key Competencies:
- Ability to translate enterprise desires into technical answers.
- Leadership in Agile continual teams and potential to prioritize paintings to maximize cost.
- Expertise in defining MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and work prioritization.
- Regular engagement with stakeholders to deal with end-user pain points and deliver effective answers.
