The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition (TA) Expert at Amazon will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates for roles across various domains (Tech, Product, Sales, Leadership), and managing multiple recruitment searches. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring groups to lay out and enforce effective recruitment strategies tailor-made to enterprise needs.
Source Candidates: Identify and attract top-tier candidates for roles in Tech Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Sales, and Leadership.
Screen Candidates:
- Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate the applicant’s qualifications and match for precise roles.
- Ensure that candidates meet the described standards for technical and leadership positions.
Manage Multiple Searches:
- Handle multiple recruitment assignments concurrently, ensuring performance and well-timed delivery.
- Prioritize searches based on the urgency and criticality of the roles.
Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Maintain professionalism and provide a first-rate experience for applicants during the recruitment process.
Stay Updated with Market Trends: Remain informed about present-day sourcing techniques, marketplace trends, and industry benchmarks.

- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in sourcing skills for technical and leadership roles, which include Tech Engineering, Product, Program, and Sales.
- Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience with the recruitment procedure, from preliminary screening to the very last onboarding.
