1. Recruitment Support: Support job portals, social media and referral job hunting sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
2. Onboarding Assistance: Help as easing the on boarding process by preparation of welcome kits, coordinating to new hires and ensuring that all the paperwork has been done.
3. Employee Records Management: Ensure that employee records are kept and updated in HR software or databases, accurate and confidential.
4. HR Documentation: A support in preparations and organization of HR documents, include offer letters, contracts and performance appraisals.
5. Employee Engagement: Let’ arrange the team-building activities, employee recognition programs, etc. of the engagement initiatives.
