- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
