Job Roles & Responsibilities: IBM Walkin Interview in Gurgaon

Customer Support Executive:

Handle customer queries via voice, email, or chat channels
Ensure prompt resolution and provide accurate information
Maintain documentation of interactions in the system
Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction

Technical Support Associate:

Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams

Deliver support in a 24/7 rotational shift

Data Analyst:

Interpret data and analyse results using statistical techniques

Cloud Engineer:

Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)

Software Developer:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, .NET, or Python
