Key Responsibilities: 

1. Assisting in Audit & Assurance: Supporting audit teams in data analysis, report generation, and performing financial reviews of client accounts under guidance.
2. Tax and Legal Services: Helping in compiling, reviewing, and processing tax data; assisting in the preparation of client deliverables.
3. Consulting Projects: Engaging in strategy, operations, human capital, or technology consulting assignments, analysing client data, and creating presentation decks.
4. Risk Advisory: Learning to assess business risks, evaluate control environments, and assist in cybersecurity assessments or internal audits.
5. Technology Services: Contributing to software development, data engineering, AI/ML projects, and testing cycles within the technology consulting wing.
6. Research and Analytics: Conducting market research, benchmarking exercises, or supporting Deloitte Insights publications.

Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Pursuing B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, M.Com, MCA, LLB, or related courses, graduating in 2025.
2. Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA in academics (10th, 12th, and graduation).
3. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. For tech roles: Basic knowledge in Java, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, or other relevant technologies preferred.
