Key Responsibilities: 

Customer Support Executive

1. Handle incoming queries via chat, email, or phone.
2. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customers and delivery partners.
3. Ensure resolution of complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Sales Executive – Restaurant Onboarding

1. Pitch Zomato’s platform to potential restaurant partners.
2. Assist in the onboarding process, documentation, and listing.
3. Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent partner service.

Operations Associate

1. Monitor real-time delivery and logistics operations.
2. Work with the delivery fleet to resolve issues and delays.
3. Optimise resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.

Delivery Fleet Manager

1. Recruit and train delivery partners.
2. Maintain attendance, incentive records, and performance tracking.
3. Resolve delivery-related conflicts and promote team engagement.

Software Developer

1. Develop, test, and maintain Zomato’s web and mobile applications.
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers.
3. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following company standards.

Marketing Intern

1. Assist in executing digital campaigns.
2. Support content creation for social media and promotional events.
3. Track campaign metrics and prepare analytical reports.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

1. Education: Graduate degree or above. For tech roles, a background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
2. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional languages where required).
3. Technical Proficiency: For tech roles – familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or mobile app development.
4. Sales/Marketing Mindset: Goal-driven, negotiation skills, ability to build client rapport.
5. Analytical Thinking: Especially for roles in operations, analytics, and tech.
6. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and take feedback constructively.

Salary and Benefits: 

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹45,000/month (depending on position, experience, and location)
