1. Customer Experience Associate
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
- Handle client queries via calls, chats, or emails.
- Provide data on orders, returns, refunds, and product availability.
- Escalate complicated problems to team leaders when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
- Preferred Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi, patient, problem-solving, fast typing.
2. Fashion Advisor (Tele-Consulting)
- Location: Remote/Hybrid
- Assist customers with styling queries and outfit suggestions.
- Understand fashion trends and advise clients based on body type and occasion.
- Communicate confidently and persuasively.
- Preferred Skills: Fashion experience, communication skills, customer orientation.
3. Operations Executive
- Location: Bangalore (Warehouses and Logistics Hubs)
- Oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with delivery partners and manage inventory.
- Monitor product movement, returns, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Preferred Skills: Excel proficiency, time management, warehouse handling experience.
4. Content Associate – Product Catalogue
- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
- Write engaging product descriptions and ensure accurate tagging.
- Collaborate with image editors and stylists.
- Conduct keyword research and SEO compliance.
- Preferred Skills: Content writing, MS Excel, and fashion terminology.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fashion/Commerce/Arts/Science preferred for relevant roles).
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for customer support roles).
- Passion for fashion and e-commerce (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Browsing).
