We are looking for an expansion-oriented and active professional to manage the new product (NP) development process from beginning to end. This role involves overseeing the entire product life cycle, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate with brand, innovation, and supply teams to align product growth with strategic preferences and market needs.

Major responsibilities include preparing and maintaining the NP calendar, tracking the SKU-level product mixture for the budget, and understanding the complexity of product development to determine the realistic time limit. You will monitor the progression of design, development, and distribution stages while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. It is important to understand manufacturing processes and accurate cost calculations, in the form of developing samples through in-house and external sources, including variant-wise prototypes.

You will prepare a wide cost sheet at the watch level, generate sample response reports, and ensure error-free construction of material masters and material bills in SAP. The role includes the employment order loading and scheduling to complete the time limit of the NP calendar, organizing sample submissions and approval, and managing the pilot assembly. Need close coordination with supply agencies, source partners, and assembly teams to ensure timely distribution of new products.

Additionally, you will handle the product certification, note the handover, and follow all digital initiatives within the function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working in many teams, and has ownership of new products efficiently from conception to market launch.
