We are looking for a supply chain operating colleague who will play an important role in supplier relationship management. In this role, you will be part of the Procurement Suppliers Services Team and support the end-to-end integration of suppliers in the Eriba Network. This includes onboarding, catalog enabling (CIF/punchout), ERP integration, and ensuring smooth system-to-system transactions through CXML, EDI, PIDX, and other formats.
As a supplier integration specialist, you will manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, working closely with both customers and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers on integration processes, and completing the project on time. You will also serve as a reliable advisor; the supplier will provide insight into the best practices and integration strategies.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, customer focus, and a solid understanding of e-commerce integration concepts. While coding skills are not mandatory, knowledge of formats like EDI, CXML, and XML, with experience in supplier efficiency, is highly valuable.
