We are looking for a new colleague to join our finance operations team. In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth financial and procurement processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include handling activities, invoice processing, procurement, and non-availability orders, and ensuring accurate two-way and three-way invoices.
You will support seller compliance, improve discount capture, confirm pricing and conditions before payment, and maintain accuracy in accounting for goods and services. The role also includes the end-to-end procurement process, which is expected and obtained from the purchase.
As a fresher or a person of up to 1 year, you will get structured guidance and detailed instructions. You will work closely with your team and supervisor, mainly focusing on regular problem-constitution within the guidelines. This role requires expansion, strong analytical skills, and the ability to follow financial policies and processes effectively.
