job responsibilities
Provide real -time support to international customers through live chat.
Address questions, complaints and reactions with professionalism.
Ensure timely and accurate reactions for customer inquiry.
Cooperate with internal teams to effectively resolve issues.
Meet demonstration metrics such as response time, resolution rate and customer satisfaction.
Major skills required
Excellent written communication in English.
Strong customer service orientation.
The ability to manage multitasks and multiple chats simultaneously.
Familiar with CRM tools and chat platforms.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
eligibility criteria
Minimum 1 year (compulsory) of BPO experience.
