Job Description:- Walk in Drive in Chennai
HCLTECH Process is operating a walk-in drive on 15th and 16 September 2025 for the role of Associate/Associate (Voice Process). This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to start their journey with a major multinational.
As a process partner, you will handle international voice processes, assist customers with questions, and provide effective resolution. The role demands strong communication skills, customer-focused thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for addressing customers’ concerns, ensuring timely support, and maintaining quality standards in service distribution through calls.
B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, and BCA (2024 and 2025 graduates) are eligible to apply, provided they do not have any active backlogs. Candidates with one year of experience in international BPO (voice, email, or chat) are also welcome. However, appropriate relief/resignation documents are mandatory for experienced applicants.
