Capgemini Walk-In Interviews

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: BBA, B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) from a recognized university.
  • Required Experience: 1-8 years in record-to-report (R2R/RTR) operations.
  • Gender: Open only for diversity candidates.
  • Skill set: Strong Accounting J Knowledge with Closed and Reporting Hands.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the RTR process to expire from the beginning, including journal entries, compromises, and month-end closed activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP accounting standards.
  • Support the internal and external ITS details by providing the required documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a timely financial report.
  • Identify process updates and help automation initiatives.
  • SLA Maintain accuracy and timeliness in reporting to meet objectives.

  • Strong understanding of the registration to inform (RTR) and general accounting of the main book.
  • Competition in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, pivot tables, etc.).
