Internship Description: TCS Internship for Engineering Students

TCS Internship Program for Engineering Students aims to provide practical exposure to students from the fields of Computer Science, IT, Electronics, and other related areas. On-the-job trainees will have an opportunity to accompany the seasoned staff on live projects wherein they will grasp the technical know-how that contributes towards solving global business challenges.

While working as an Intern, the students shall familiarize themselves with technologies that are in the forefront such as Artificial Intelligence(AI), Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and IoT (Internet of Things). This program serves as a stepping stone from theoretical knowledge to practical application, thus helping students graduate to full-time positions in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Help in software creation, testing, and debugging tasks.
• Engage yourself in research and innovation initiatives led by TCS mentors.
• Study technical requirements and assist in designing software solutions.
• The assigned field determines whether you will use cloud, automation, or AI-based projects.
• Describe the progress of the work, the updates on the project, and the technical discoveries made.
• Work closely with the TCS engineers and teams who follow agile methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Education: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA students who are currently in their pre-final or final year.
