Eligibility Criteria

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst, your main duties will be:
- To install and configure hardware, as well as computer systems and software.

- Identify and fix technology issues (e.g., passwords, e-mails, hardware, viruses).
- On the phone, by chat, or face-to-face, offering solutions to users’ problems is one of the many remote support activities.

Required skills
Technical skills:
- Deep understanding of Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and Linux-based systems.
- Experience and knowledge in Networking concepts (CCNA) and ITIL fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Services (ADS) and system configuration.
- Ability to install, troubleshoot, and configure email clients, antivirus, and software tools.
- To be physically fit enough to work in shifts around the clock.

- Very good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing).
- Neutral pronunciation with the minimum possible influence of the mother tongue.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented and very patient.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in stressful situations.
Salary and benefits
- Training Stipend: ₹16,962 per month for the first six months (in Maintec rolls).
- After successful training and performance appraisal, candidates can be absorbed into the direct payroll of HCLTech with a competitive package of up to ₹2.25 LPA.
