Eligibility Criteria

  • 6–8 years of experience in industrial automation, process automation, or instrumentation sales.
  • Experience selling electrical systems & automation solutions to industries like oil & gas, power, chemical, pharma, and manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, TAS, switchgear, LV/MV/HV systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with EPCs, channel partners & industrial customers.
  • English proficiency; additional regional language skills preferred.
  • Customer-first mindset, integrity, and strong commercial understanding.
