Job Description: TCS Hiring AWS DevOps Engineer
The AWS DevOps Engineer role focuses on designing, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support high-availability applications. You will work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to ensure seamless deployment, optimised performance, and continuous improvement. This role combines software engineering, cloud management, automation and problem-solving skills – ideal for candidates who enjoy both development and operations.
You will be responsible for implementing secure cloud architecture, automating processes using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and maintaining AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, Cloudwatch, IAM, and VPC. The role requires strong debugging skills, knowledge of infrastructure-as-code, containerization, monitoring tools, and the ability to build fault-tolerant systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for scalable, high-performance applications.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipelines.
- Automated deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Manage and customise AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, VPC, IAM).
- Enforce strong security standards, access controls, and identity management.
- Monitor system performance using Cloudwatch, Grafana, Prometheus or equivalent tools.
- Support the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architecture.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and deployment issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with developers to improve release cycles, automate workflows, and increase reliability.
- Document processes, workflows, architecture diagrams, and best practices.
