Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality retirement and benefits operations, including:
- Deep understanding of various US retirement plans and regulations
- Handling middle-office and back-office processes such as account origination, servicing, payouts, and fund reconciliation
- Managing service delivery within agreed SLAs across blended processes
- Implementing governance frameworks, quality review mechanisms, and communication strategies
- Participating in daily and weekly calls with onshore partners to review performance and SLAs
- Designing and executing action plans for performance improvement
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual performance appraisals
- Monitoring daily team performance and ensuring objectives are met
- Preparing weekly and monthly dashboards and MIS reports
- Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities
- Building strong relationships with onshore stakeholders and operating leaders
