Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in US retirement plans
  • Mandatory experience in 401K plan corrections and plan management
  • Good understanding of retirement regulations and compliance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with global or onshore clients preferred

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality retirement and benefits operations, including:

  • Deep understanding of various US retirement plans and regulations
  • Handling middle-office and back-office processes such as account origination, servicing, payouts, and fund reconciliation
  • Managing service delivery within agreed SLAs across blended processes
  • Implementing governance frameworks, quality review mechanisms, and communication strategies
  • Participating in daily and weekly calls with onshore partners to review performance and SLAs
  • Designing and executing action plans for performance improvement
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
  • Conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual performance appraisals
  • Monitoring daily team performance and ensuring objectives are met
  • Preparing weekly and monthly dashboards and MIS reports
  • Identifying process improvement and automation opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with onshore stakeholders and operating leaders
