Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- UG: B.Tech / B.E. (Engineering or Technology preferred) or Any Graduate
- PG: MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
- 12–17 years of experience in technology or IT services sales
- Proven experience handling large enterprise or commercial accounts
- Exposure to both direct sales and channel-led sales models

Account Ownership & Leadership
- Act as the global and regional leader for assigned commercial accounts
- Own Cisco’s Global Sell-To business for Commercial Select Accounts in the West region
- Serve as the primary focal point for customer engagement
Revenue & Growth Management
- Manage and grow all revenue streams from assigned accounts
- Achieve order intake and revenue targets for the account portfolio
- Identify and close global and local transformational opportunities
Strategic Planning
- Develop a 1–3 year Account/Business Plan aligned with customer growth and innovation goals
- Execute a detailed 12-month account plan to achieve defined milestones
- Understand buying cycles and articulate sales strategies for major opportunities
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all management levels
- Strengthen collaboration between Cisco, customers, and ecosystem partners
- Lead executive-level engagements and strategic discussions
Collaboration & Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional account teams and virtual teams across geographies
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
- Work closely with partners to increase Cisco’s wallet share
Reporting & Forecasting
- Manage business reporting, including pipeline development
