Program Overview – NIT Warangal Summer Internship Programme 2026

NIT Warangal is inviting applications for the Summer Internship Programme 2026. The programme aims to encourage talented and motivated B.Tech., MBA, M.Sc., and Integrated M.Sc. students from institutes across India (other than NIT Warangal) to undertake innovative research and development projects under the mentorship of NIT Warangal faculty members.

FELLOWSHIP AND OTHER FACILITIES:-

❌ We don’t provide scholarships or other financial assistance.
✅ Laboratory and LIBRARY facility (without borrowing) and internet facility.
✅ Health care institution (you must see a doctor in the institution’s office).
✅ The students pay for the event.

HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION:-

🏠 Free accommodation in the university hostel for selected students. The holiday home is well equipped with, with the following SERVICES:
✅ Shared use subject, subject to availability. The rooms are not air-conditioned. You know what? Bed, bucket and cup provided. Students must bring their own lock.
✅ Possibility to connect, connect to Wi-Fi and study rooms
✅ 24-hour security and medical, medical support
✅ The Mess facility provides healthy and nutritious food
✅ Recreational areas, gym and sports facilities
✅Laundry and cleaning service

Selected students have to pay Rs. 7,500 cancellation fee for 2 months, months’ advance payment that is non-refundable and a refundable caution deposit of Rs. 2,500 for housing.

NIT Warangal Summer Internship Programme 2026 – ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility / Requirement	Details
Availability	The student must be available during the entire internship period. Interns must stay on campus for the full duration to receive the certificate. Late joining or early departure requests will not be accepted.
Academic Documents	Applicants must possess grade sheets for all previous semesters.
B.E./B.Tech Eligibility	Only students with a strong academic record who have appeared or are appearing for their 6th semester examination are eligible. First, second, and final-year students are not eligible.
M.Sc. / MBA Eligibility	M.Sc. and MBA students with a good academic record who have completed their 2nd semester examination are eligible. Final-year students are not eligible.
