Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, or similar

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts

Responsibility:

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end cycle of Accounts Payables (Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Payments)
• Ensure all teams’ deliverables are completed in due time, comply with relevant standards and policies, and are reported accurately
• Ensure compliance with all SLA and KPI targets
• Ensure compliance to quality and audit requirements
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Handle internal reporting, adherence to SLAs
• Handle quality control and audits
• Manage minor escalations
• Prepare dashboards for performance metrics, service levels
• Support team queries AP domain knowledge as and when required
• Track exceptions and forward to relevant stakeholders for resolution
• Review queries and resolve from the system

Skills and Experiences:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in handling Accounts Payable activities like invoice processing, Payment reminders, Vendor reconciliations, etc.
• Ensuring invoices are processed promptly for the team
• Reviews intercompany invoices and payments, liaises with internal departments, associated companies, and management as required
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to in-house systems, and suggest improvements
• Good understanding of Finance and accounting processes.
• Knowledge of various ERPs- SAP, MS Office, Advanced Excel
• Indian Accounting Knowledge
