Key Responsibilities:
Customer Contract Management:
- Manage consumer contracts throughout their lifecycle, making sure of accurate execution and periodic overview.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of contractual agreements, making sure compliance is maintained throughout all contract-associated procedures.
Billing, Receivables, and Security Deposit Management:

Customer Refund and Reconciliation:
- Manage accurate and timely customer refunds and collection accounting based totally on the character of every transaction.

Financial Reporting:
- Drive monthly and quarterly financial reporting for sales billing, coordinating with statutory and inner auditors to ensure standard compliance.

Process Improvement and Automation:
- Lead projects for method enhancement through leveraging automation, virtual answers, and generation.
