A Customer Service Associate at a multiplex handles client inquiries, price tag income, and food & beverage offerings. Responsibilities include presenting fantastic providers, coping with counters, resolving lawsuits, and making sure of patron satisfaction. Job Role and Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Provide amazing provider to customers within the cinema multiplex by using addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Be the factor of contact for guests, helping with ticket bookings, food and beverage offerings, and helping them with instructions or facts associated with the cinema.

Ticket and Counter Management:

• Handle price tag income and manipulate the ticket counter, ensuring that customers are processed efficiently.
• Manage the Food & Beverage counters, taking orders, handling bills, and delivering food and drink to the customers.

Customer Support:

• Resolve patron proceedings and issues quickly and effectively, ensuring that clients depart with a fantastic experience.
• Maintain an easy and prepared painting area, ensuring all devices and facilities are in operating order.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with different group contributors to ensure smooth operations in the multiplex.
• Assist with other administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
