Key Responsibilities:-
- Being a reliable technical advisor, entrepreneurs were assigned to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Cooperate with senior technical account managers to provide high-quality assistance and guidance to customers.

Qualification:-

- Basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL and object-oriented programming languages.
- Basic understanding of web server, networking, operating system and database (DB/SQL).
- Apply software familiar with design, implementation, testing and release management.
- Awareness about digital marketing functioning or Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solution mentality and curiosity to learn new techniques and practices.
