We are seeking a surprisingly skilled and element-oriented tax expert to join our finance group and take ownership of our direct tax operations. The ideal candidate can have tremendous experience in corporate tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax reporting, with a robust knowledge of Indian taxation laws and SAP structures.

This role includes coping with and optimizing the agency’s direct tax position through strategic planning, correct computation, timely filing, and proactive reconciliation. You will be accountable for making ready and reviewing corporate tax returns and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with the current tax policies. The function also calls for know-how in TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) matters, which include monthly computation, price, filing of quarterly returns, issuing certificates, and managing audit-associated reconciliations.

In addition, you may evaluate tax clauses in domestic and international contracts, guide in resolving tax queries and audits, and help in coping with tax litigation via maintaining thorough documentation. Proficiency in SAP for tax accounting and clearing is critical for this function. The candidate should reveal robust analytical and verbal exchange capabilities, be proactive in identifying tax-saving possibilities, and be a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders and auditors.
