Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management and Relationships:

• Establish and maintain lengthy-term relationships with key vendor partners.
• Build powerful communique channels with the Retail Category Team, making sure alignment and clean popularity verbal exchange.

Business Planning and Strategy:

• Develop and execute joint commercial enterprise plans for providers, focusing on key commercial enterprise opportunities and driving important KPIs.

Marketing and Operational Strategy:

Performance Reporting and Action Planning:

• Conduct every day Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with carriers to assess business overall performance.
• Provide regular feedback and file on enterprise metrics, supporting providers build powerful motion plans for continuous improvement.

Operational Support:

• Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring that vendor products are listed and sold efficaciously on the platform.
• Address root reasons for operational challenges and enforce corrective movements to improve performance and purchaser satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: A minimum of B2.2 level German language certification is mandatory. A C1 level is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in account management, program management, buying, or operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• German Language Certification: A higher proficiency in German, specifically at the C1 level, is highly preferred for this role.
• Experience: Experience with managing vendor relationships or in operational roles related to e-commerce platforms, project management, or retail services will be an advantage.

Desired Skills:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communique abilities in both English and German to interact correctly with internal and outside stakeholders.
