Key Responsibilities: Amazon Job Vacancy Work From Home
- Handle voice-based customer interaction and solve questions.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintain quality standards and meet the display goals.
- Documentation of customer matters and proceed when needed.
- Work in rotational innings, including night shift.
Education and Qualifications:
