• Amazon in Tamil Nadu is looking to hire Customer Service Associates for International Voice & Non-Voice Process.
• Job Role: Customer Service Associate -Work from Home (Tamil Nadu)

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Education: Minimum qualification is 10 + 2. Any graduate or postgraduate is eligible to apply.
• Course Restrictions: Candidates should not be pursuing any regular course.
• Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Shift Requirements: Comfortable working night shifts and flexible shifts/week offs.
• Experience: Freshers who have completed their academics/examinations can also apply.

Compensation & Other Benefits :-

Salary Base Pay :2,02,000 to 3,40,500 PA/-

• Zeta Meal Card: INR 1100/month, i.e., INR 13,2 hundred/- in line with annum.
• Health Insurance: Benefits up to INR five.Zero Lacs.
• Night Shift Allowance: INR a hundred and fifty/shift.
• Overtime Allowance: As in step with commercial enterprise requirements.
• Working Week: five-day operating week with 2 consecutive days off (off days can also be exchanged primarily based on commercial enterprise requirements).
• Internet Allowance: INR 1250/month, i.e., INR 15,000/- per annum (applicable for Work from Home).
• Pick-Drop Cab Facility: Applicable for Work from the Office.
