Key Responsibilities and Requirements:-  American Express Remote Hybrid Jobs

• Lead technology operations engineering for enterprise integration platforms like APIGEE, Enterprise Web Proxy, API Gateway, Choreo, and Secure File Transfer.
• Ensure high availability, resiliency, and rapid resolution for mission-critical digital channels.
• Provide technical direction by guiding teams with strong knowledge of system flows, business logic, and interdependencies.
• Drive automation and resiliency practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with SRE, Application Development, Product Teams, and Mission Control to deliver reliable customer experiences.
• Oversee 24/7 incident response and ensure quick recovery during critical system outages.
• Continuously enhance support processes with best practices, automation, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Partner with engineering teams to influence system architecture for availability, scalability, and performance.

Preferred skills:-  American Express Remote Hybrid Jobs

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
• Strong background in application support with a customer-first mindset.
• Expertise in technology architecture, infrastructure, and modern software practices.
• Comfortable leading incident management, troubleshooting, and recovery efforts.
• Solid understanding of networks, private/public cloud, and infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience identifying and fixing vulnerabilities.
• Proven technical leadership with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
• Experience working in financial services; knowledge of American Express digital journeys is a plus.
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving change at scale.
