Job Responsibilities: Walkin Interview in Noida 2025
1. Customer Service Executive:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls associated with customer queries, transactions, and card usage.
- Provide correct and properly timed information regarding billing, charges, and account updates.
- Resolve problems related to card blocking off, fraud signs, restriction inquiries, and price resources.
- Maintain provider stages, name superb, and professionalism typically.
2. Travel Consultant:
- Provide help with booking and improving international tour itineraries.
